Former Constellis Exec Allen Martirossian Appointed System High EVP, CFO

Allen Martirossian, former vice president of financial planning and analysis at Constellis, has joined System High as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

His 24-year professional experience includes finance and accounting work with private equity-backed that offers security platforms to the government sector, System High said Thursday.

He led financial reporting integration efforts during his tenure at Constellis and previously held positions at Omniplex World Services, MorganFranklin Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

“Allen brings financial depth and breadth coupled with recent experience in developing processes and relationships that will be critical as we execute on our growth strategy,” said Rob Howe, president and CEO of System High.

Backed by Enlightenment Capital, System High aims to protect sensitive assets of public and private sector customers.
