A team composed of Halfaker and Associates, Deloitte and Medallia has won a potential five-year, $244 million contract to help the Department of Veterans Affairs implement an enterprise-wide customer experience management platform.
The industry team will update the surveying and dashboard functions of VA’s Medallia-built platform under the Veteran Signals program, Halfaker and Associates said Wednesday. VA uses the platform to assess veteran-submitted survey input and apply gathered data to veteran services.
Halfaker noted that it will provide agile expertise to boost the platform’s development capacity and help VA’s Veteran Experience Office utilize customer experience data to manage service delivery. The department awarded the contract via Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract vehicle.
