Foster Fuels Awarded $476M FEMA Product Delivery Contract

Foster Fuels has won a five-year, $475.8M contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to deliver different kinds of fuel to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

DLA’s energy organization received nine responses for the fixed-price, economic-price-adjustment contract via a competitive procurement, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The Brookneal, Va.-based fuel products supplier will perform work across the U.S., Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands through May 31, 2024.

Purchases under the contract will be funded with defense working capital funds for fiscal 2019 through fiscal 2025.
