Thomas Payne
Thomas Payne, formerly senior director of operations at BAE Systems‘ U.S. arm, was appointed vice president of the defense and intelligence solutions business at Pragmatics.
He will succeed the retiring Mike Yocom and will lead efforts to grow the unit’s service offerings for the intelligence community and defense sector, Pragmatics said Tuesday.
Payne spent more than 12 years at BAE Systems Inc. and previously managed a profit and loss portfolio for contracts with a life cycle value of more than $500M.
Emile Trombetti, president of Pragmatics, said that Payne recorded achievements in the program delivery and business growth areas.
His focus, drive, innovative thinking, and commitment will further strengthen Pragmatics leadership team and the companys ability to ensure excellence in supporting our clients missions and expanding our client base, Trombetti said.
