Stratacomm Awarded $217M NHTSA Advertising, Media Support Contract

Stratacomm has received a potential $216.9M contract to support a national communications program at the Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The company will provide integrated media, marketing and advertising services to help NHTSA promote behavioral safety measures, DOT said Wednesday in an award notice.

The agency works to study, formulate and implement strategies and communications campaigns intended to foster proper behavior in traffic safety.

NHTSA’s policy-grounded activities include traffic data reviews, market research evaluation, creative material development and media relations.

The department noted it will issue firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
