MTC to Help Manage Labor Dept’s Career Technical Training Hub Under $99M Contract


Management and Training Corp. has secured a potential five-year, $99.4M contract to help the Department of Labor operate an educational center that offers career technical and academic training services to people ages 16 to 24.

MTC will support operations and career transition programs at Woodstock Job Corps Center in Maryland under the single-award contract that has two base years plus three one-year options, according to a FedBizOpps notice posted Wednesday.

The department educates approximately 6K disadvantaged, at-risk youth annually at 125 Job Corps facilities nationwide to help them pursue further training or education, find jobs or pursue careers in the military.
