Salesforce Provides Cloud-Based Unified Transport Payment System to LA County; Dave Rey Quoted


TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 14, 2018 — Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) has delivered a unified payment system to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority in support of the latter’s effort to establish a single digital hub for transport-related transactions, ExecutiveBiz reported Nov. 30.

The company said Nov. 28 the TAPforce offering integrates the capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud to supplement the county’s TAP Card System as a centralized platform where commuters can sign up for programs, view their ride history and add funds to their TAP cards or accounts.
