EverWatch Acquires DES for Intell Community Services Push

Ashburn, Va.-based national security contractor EverWatch has purchased information technology services provider Dynamic Engineering Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

Robert Miller, president of EverWatch, said in a statement released Monday the company seeks to expand its technical knowledge of and relationship with the intelligence community through the acquisition.

Founded in 2011, DES is a veteran-owned company that maintains a portfolio of cloud and network service offerings for intelligence agencies.

Private equity firm Enlightenment Capital launched EverWatch in October to offer defense, intelligence and deployed support services to the IC market.

Jason Rigoli, a partner of Enlightenment Capital, said DES marks the investment company’s fifth acquisition to its EverWatch portfolio.
