Chris Corgnati, a 25-year U.S. Navy veteran, has joined PAE ISR as chief operating officer.
PAE ISR is a joint venture of PAE, Battlespace Flight Services and American Operations Corp. that delivers ISR platforms and services to U.S. agencies, NATO and other international institutions.
Chico Moline, president of PAEs national security solutions business unit, said in a statement that Corgnati brings naval aviation and national airspace system experience as the company aims to grow presence in the unmanned aerial system market.
Corgnati oversees PAE ISRs operations team that fields drone services to U.S. government and military clients and leads a group of engineers who work on the Resolute Eagle UAS.
Prior to PAE ISR, he previously served as vice president of programs with NASA and the Defense Department at Crown Consulting.
His more than two-decade naval career included time as director of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs, director of homeland defense air and maritime policy and chief of delegation for the NATO joint capability group on UAS.
