Bell-Boeing JPO to Update Configuration of 3 Navy Osprey Aircraft


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 1, 2018 — The Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Bell Helicopter joint venture will work to update three MV-22 Osprey aircraft for the U.S. Navy under a $69.6 million contract modification, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The Defense Department said Tuesday the Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office will apply Block C updates to the Block B aircraft as part of the Navy’s V-22 common configuration-readiness and modernization program through May 2020.
