IBM’s Nicole Gardner Previews Company Plan to Hire 2,000 Additional Vets


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 18, 2017 — Nicole Gardner, a vice president at IBM (NYSE: IBM) and head of its Public Service Eminence Academy within the global business services unit, said during a panel discussion that the company aims to hire 2,000 more military veterans, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

Park Cities People reported Tuesday that Gardner lauded the capability of veterans as employees — particularly in the areas of problem-solving and teamwork — as part of the “Keeping America’s Promise” program co-produced by Hiring America and WorkingNation.
