General Atomics Unit to Support Army Satcom System Under Consortium Contract

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 12, 2017 — A General Atomics business unit will collaborate with Advanced Technology International to provide support for a U.S. Army satellite system designed to facilitate communications and data capture capabilities, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

General Atomics said Friday its electromagnetic systems business will perform work under the Defense Department Ordnance Technology Consortium contract for the Army Resilient Global on-the-move SATCOM platform that serves the communication needs of component and combatant commanders.
