CHSi Appoints New Director of Capture and Proposals


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 15, 2017 — Comprehensive Health Services Inc. has named Michael Fischer, formerly director of capture management at IAP Worldwide Services, as director of capture and proposals at CHSi, GovCon Executive reported Tuesday.

The company said Tuesday the retired U.S. Navy captain and surface warfare officer brings more than 25 years of experience in capture and program management as well as business development.
