Harris to Supply Data Storage, Cockpit Display Tech for Lockheed Martin’s F-35


TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 20, 2017 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has tapped Harris (NYSE: HRS) to provide the Aircraft Memory System and Panoramic Cockpit Display Electronic Unit for the F-35 aircraft’s mission system avionics, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

Harris said Monday its technologies will work to build on the fighter jet’s data storage, display processing and throughput capacities in support of Lockheed’s technology refresh effort.
