Arlington, Virginia-based government technology advisory services company Buchanan & Edwards has bought Fairfax, Virginia-based Reportsand Requirements Company in a push to grow analytics offerings for customers in the national security sector.
R2C offers consulting services to intelligence community and national security customers in the areas of data governance, data curation, cyber intelligence, collection management and intelligence training, Buchanan & Edwards said Tuesday.

Dennis Kelly, president and CEO of Buchanan & Edwards, said the company made the acquisition to expand its portfolio of consulting, computing, cyber and big data analytics services as well as strengthen customer relationships within the intelligence community.
R2C CEO Katrina Barlow and Chief Operating Officer Kathy Rondon will continue to support the daily operations of the business.
