Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA March 14, 2017 — Ellen McCarthy, president of the National Security Partners organization at Noblis, has been named to this year’s Executive Mosaic Wash100 for her leadership in the big data and geospatial sectors.

McCarthy is in charge of Noblis NSP’s efforts to provide big data, cyber operations, web development and geospatial technology support services to federal agencies.
She has served as chief operating officer and director of plans and programs at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency prior to her move to Noblis in November 2015.
Her experience in the public sector also includes work as director of human capital management at the office of the undersecretary of defense for intelligence; chief of strategy, policy and operations at the U.S. Coast Guard; and an analyst with the U.S. Atlantic Command and Office of Naval Intelligence.
