Lockheed Martin Flies 2nd Trainer Aircraft in Push for T-X Program

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 23, 2017 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has completed the first flight test of its second production-ready T-50A trainer aircraft at the company’s final assembly and checkout facility in South Carolina, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Monday it aims to offer the T-50A in the U.S. Air Force‘s T-X trainer competition.
