The U.S. Navy has awarded six companies spots on a potential three-year, $99 million contract to provide construction services for projects of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Washington integrated product team.

NAVFAC received 24 bids for the multiple-award,  indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a base period of one year and two one-year options, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Work will occur in Maryland and Virginia through November 2019, according to DoD.

Awardees are:

  • Edifice
  • Hascon
  • Ocean Construction Services
  • Pinnacle Construction & Development Group
  • Reilly Construction
  • Tuckman-Barbee Construction

Ocean Construction Services received a task order valued at $6.6 million to perform repairs and alterations at a Webster Field facility in St. Inigoes, Maryland, through February 2018.

The service branch will use its operations and maintenance, military construction and working capital funds to support future task orders, DoD said.
