TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 5, 2016 — Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, senior vice president for government strategy and policy at Inmarsat, believes the incoming U.S. administration will facilitate continued maturity of satellite service partnerships between the commercial and government sectors, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
