American Medical Depot Gets $200M Option on DLA Surgical Equipment Supply Contract

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded American Medical Depot a one-year, $200 million contract modification for the supply of medical-surgical products to the four U.S. military branches and federal civilian agencies.

The modification exercises the second option year of a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity and work will occur in Florida through Dec. 31, 2017, the Defense Department said Friday.

DLA Troop Support will use fiscal 2017 defense working capital funds to pay for work under the exercised option.
