TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 26, 2016 — Andras Szakal, vice president and chief technology officer of IBM‘s (NYSE: IBM) U.S. federal business, has said in a panel discussion that cloud service providers work to deliver purpose-built cloud platforms to meet the needs of both the private and public sectors, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
