Stephen Hyde, former vice president and account manager for intelligence at CSRA (NYSE: CSRA), has joined BAE Systems’ U.S. subsidiary as VP and general manager of the global information technology solutions business within the intelligence and security sector.
“Stephen has a track record of achieving growth by winning new business and maximizing the value of his portfolio’s current contracts, †DeEtte Gray, president of the intelligence and security sector at BAE Systems Inc., said in a statement released Wednesday.
Hyde is a 22-year industry veteran who supported intelligence community and government clients in the areas of systems engineering, cloud, IT integration and intelligence analysis.
He previously worked at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and served as a vice president at Engility’s (NYSE: EGL) TASC subsidiary.
BAE Systems Inc. also appointed Bijon Ray, director of finance for the contractor’s applied intelligence business, as VP of finance in the intelligence and security sector.
Ray led analysis work to support the $232 million purchase of commercial cybersecurity services provider SilverSky in 2014 and subsequent integration into BAE’s applied intelligence business.
