TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 10, 2016 — General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) has unveiled its Customer Experience Platform that is designed after the high security and privacy requirements of government agencies, ExecutiveBiz reported March 3.

The company said March 2 the cloud-based customer service platform utilizes Genesys technology and is compliant with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.

CXP aims to “meet the needs of large and dispersed contact centers while safeguarding data, enhancing mission success and meeting federal security standards, ” said Marcus Collier, senior vice president of General Dynamics Information Technology‘s health and civilian solutions unit.
