Lockheed Martin Receives $216M Apache Pilot Night-Vision Systems FMS Contract


lockheed martinLockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has received a $215.8 million contract to produce Modernized Target Acquisition Designation/Pilot Night Vision Systems for India’s Apache helicopters through a foreign military sales deal.

The Defense Department said Wednesday the company will perform work in Orlando, Florida, through Dec. 31, 2021, under the contract with the U.S. Army.

M-TADS/PNVS is designed to help AH-64D/E Apache helicopter pilots identify targets even during extreme conditions.

State Department OKs Greece’s $8.6B F-35 CTOL Aircraft FMS Request

The State Department has approved a potential $8.6 billion foreign military sale of F-35 conventional takeoff and landing aircraft and related equipment to the government of Greece.
