Kay and Associates Books $153M Contract Option for F/A-18 FMS Maintenance Support

Kay and Associates will provide maintenance, management and operation support services for Kuwait’s fleet of F/A-18 multirole fighter aircraft under a potential one-year, $153.4 million contract modification awarded by the U.S. Navy.

The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract option includes support for missile maintenance and storage facilities in Kuwait, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The vendor will perform work in undisclosed sites in the Middle Eastern country through January 2025.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division will obligate $76.7 million using foreign military sales funds.

In January 2023, the company secured a $116 million contract modification to provide F/A-18 operations and maintenance support for the government of Kuwait.

State Department OKs Greece’s $8.6B F-35 CTOL Aircraft FMS Request

The State Department has approved a potential $8.6 billion foreign military sale of F-35 conventional takeoff and landing aircraft and related equipment to the government of Greece. Oshkosh Defense Books $161M Army Order for More Joint Light Tactical Vehicles, Kits

The defense business of Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) will supply Joint Light Tactical Vehicles, trailers as well as packaged and installed kits for the governments of Macedonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania and Mongolia under a $160.9 million contract modification from the U.S. Army.
