James Reagan: Leidos Eyes Potential SOCOM Logistics Contract, Other Biz Opportunities

TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 4, 2015 — Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) CFO James Reagan said the company could add a potential bid on a U.S. Special Operations Command logistics contract to its business portfolio this year, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

Reagan noted that the company continues to explore new business opportunities, including possible consolidation or mergers and acquisition activity,  The Washington Business Journal reported Wednesday.

“There’s a lot of well-publicized activity out there in the area of consolidation in the services part of the government contracting space … we have an obligation to our shareholders to always look at things, ” Reagan said.
