BAE Awarded $82M for Brazil’s Assault Amphibious Vehicle Production

Bae systems logo_ExecutiveBizTYSONS CORNER, VA, December 23, 2015 — BAE Systems has been awarded a potential $82 million contract to provide 23 AAV7A1 Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability/Rebuild to Standard assault amphibious vehicles to Brazil’s marines, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday it will provide spare parts, field service support as well as tools and test equipment for vehicle maintenance to the Brazilian forces.
