AT&T Selected as Mobility Provider for Education Dept; Mike Leff Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 11, 2015 — AT&T (NYSE: T) will supply mobile devices and provide mobile device management, on-site support and voice and data services to the Education Department under a three-year contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Tuesday the contract also includes access to its 4G LTE network and mobility platform in efforts to bolster the operations of the Education Department.

Mike Leff,  vice president of AT&T’s government solutions business for civilian agencies, said the platform also works to facilitate workforce productivity.
