Army Deploys Upgraded General Dynamics-Built Tactical Comms Network


general dynamics logoTYSONS CORNER, VA, December 18, 2015 — The U.S. Army has implemented the updated General Dynamics-built (NYSE: GD) Warfighter Information Network-Tactical system to support tactical voice, data and video communications, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The Army said Tuesday the WIN-T Increment 1 upgrade includes tactical communications hardware consolidated into virtualized servers.
