Thomas Tshudy Joins ULA as VP, General Counsel; Tory Bruno Comments

United Launch AllianceThomas Tshudy, formerly senior vice president and general counsel for International Launch Services, has joined the United Launch Alliance as VP and general counsel.

ULA, a joint venture of Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT),  said Wednesday Tshudy will succeed the retiring Kevin MacCary.

“Tom brings nearly 30 years of commercial aerospace and defense experience to the ULA team, ” said Tory Bruno, ULA president and CEO.

Tshudy is a former VP and general counsel from Lockheed and also served as a counsel at the former McDonnell Douglas’ Delta and Space Station programs.

He was an assistant staff judge advocate for the U.S. Air Force and an Air Force reservist before he joined the private sector.
