Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE: DNB) has appointed Josh Peirez as president and chief operating officer and Curtis Brown as chief content and technology officer.
Peirez, formerly president of marketing and innovation, will be responsible for D&G’s business lines, sales platform, customer services, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, the company said Monday.
Brown, who was most recently D&B’s chief information officer, will oversee the company’s global delivery of data and analytics services.
“Their teams will work closely together to develop and deliver modern solutions to serve our customers’ ever more sophisticated business needs, ” said Bob Carrigan, D&B CEO.
Both Peirez and Brown will report to Carrigan.
Peirez previously served as chief innovation officer at MasterCard and Brown was the global chief technology officer and executive vice president for AOL before they joined Dun & Bradstreet.
