Rene “Chico” Moline, formerly a business lead at Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS), has joined Vectrus (NYSE:VEC) as vice president of the Colorado Springs-based company’s information technology and network communication service line.
He will oversee Vectrus’ efforts to execute its short and long-term IT and network communication programs, Vectrus said Monday.
Vectrus was formerly the mission services business segment of the now Harris-owned subsidiary Exelis until the September 2014 spinoff into an independent company.
“[Moline] brings a wealth of [profit and loss] experience in the IT and network communication market space, and we look forward to integrating him into this very successful and challenging global service line, †said Ken Hunzeker, CEO and president at Vectrus.
Moline served as VP and general manager for the IT services division at Harris and held profit-and-loss responsibility for more than 25 contracts with U.S. military services.
Prior to Harris, he held leadership roles at MultiMax Corp.
