Exelis to Assist in Navy EW Decoy Research, Testing

The Defense Department said the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost only contract includes research and testing work in support of the U.S. Navy’s Advanced Decoy Architecture Payloads program.
