An L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) business segment has received a potential $193 million task order for intelligence analysis support under the Defense Intelligence Agency‘s Solutions for Intelligence Analysis II contract.
L-3 said Monday its national security solutions segment will support the intelligence analysis operations of U.S. Central Command under the task order.
DIA selected 11 companies, including L-3, for the potential $5.6 billion SIA II vehicle in 2012.
Les Rose, president of L-3’s NSS segment, said the company has provided support for the Defense Department and intelligence community for more than 20 years.
