CACI International (NYSE:CACI) moved to grow its C4ISR offerings with the purchase of technical products and services provider LTC Engineering Associates for an undisclosed sum.

Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 list for 2015, said Wednesday the company aims to further its national security work through the acquisition.

Asbury also called the deal a “follow-on and synergistic” to the company’s $820 million purchase of Six3 Systems in November 2013.

Florida-based LTC specializes in software engineering, signals and communications intelligence, digital signal processing and cybersecurity tools and services for intelligence and defense customers.

The company reported $16 million in revenues for its 2014 fiscal year.
