Aronson Buys Deltek’s GSA Schedule Consulting Practice; Jeff Capron Comments


acquisitionAccounting and consulting company Aronson has acquired Deltek‘s Washington Management Group subsidiary as the former aims to bolster its GSA Schedule consulting practice in the U.S.

Aronson said Monday the deal also works to expand its government contracting team and enable greater collaboration with the General Services Administration.

“The acquisition strengthens the longstanding partnership between Aronson and Deltek, ” said Jeff Capron, Aronson managing partner.

“It allows both companies to focus on their core capabilities in the government contracting market.”

Hope Lane, a partner at Aronson,  leads the company’s government contract services group, which has been a partner of Deltek since 2002 and provides services such as audit support and contract compliance.
