Kevin Berryman, formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer at International Flavors and Fragrances, has joined Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC) as EVP and CFO.

Berryman will succeed 40-year Jacobs veteran John Prosser and be responsible for the company’s accounting, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, global supply management and real estate operations, Jacobs said Friday.

“Kevin has a strong international background and well-demonstrated leadership abilities in finance, business operations, sales, and strategic decision making, ” said Craig Martin, Jacobs president and CEO.

“We look forward to benefitting from his expertise and fresh perspective on our business, “ Martin added.
