InfoReliance to Help HHS Move to Microsoft Office 365; Eric Olson Comments

CloudInfoReliance has received a potential five-year, $92 million blanket purchase agreement to support the Department of Health and Human Services‘ migration of email and enterprise collaboration systems to the cloud-based Microsoft Office 365.

The company said Thursday it will provide HHS with email-as-a-service as the agency aims to transition to the Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) government community cloud to bolster agility and efficiency in operations.

InfoReliance will also work with Microsoft to deploy and integrate Office 365 Government with HHS IT systems as well as offer change management support and user training.

Eric Olson, executive vice president of InfoReliance, said the BPA is part of the company’s health IT and cloud practice.

InfoReliance leverages Microsoft Azure Government to deliver cloud services to HHS and the Labor Department, noted Microsoft Federal VP Greg Myers.
