Steve Scribner Returns to Force 3 as Chief Financial Officer

Steve Scribner, formerly vice president and chief financial officer at engineering firm Cummins-Wagner, has returned to Force 3 as the network security company’s CFO.

He has 13 years of experience in financial, tax and accounting management and oversaw acquisitions, capital fundraising, sales programs and initial public offerings at several technology companies, Force 3 said Wednesday.

Scribner will oversee the company’s overall accounting operations and financial reporting in his new position.

“I look forward to contributing to the execution of the strategic plan we’ve developed to take Force 3 to the next level, ” he said.

He joined the Maryland-based government information technology contractor in 2012 as accounting and finance VP before he moved to Cummins-Wagner.
