Mark Forman, co-founder and former CEO of Government Transaction Services LLC, has joined TASC as vice president for information technology and cloud services.
The 29-year industry veteran previously worked at TASC from 1985 to 1989Â and will be responsible for the companyâs cybersecurity, cloud, mobile and data analytics initiatives, TASC said Wednesday.

“His leadership will help support our civil-agency customers with innovation for cloud computing and for complex IT systems, â said Bruce Phillips, senior vice president of TASC’s sector for cybersecurity, signals intelligence, infrastructure and security.
Forman has previously served as partner and principal at KPMG, Â VP of the global public sector at Unisys (NYSE: UIS) and principal of global eBusiness strategy at IBM (NYSE: IBM).
He was also a senior staff member of the Senate’s governmental affairs and joint economic committees and administrator of the Office of e-Government and IT from June 2001 to August 2003.
