Stephen Keys Named Software AG APAC, MENA Region SVP

SoftwareAGlogoStephen Keys has been appointed new senior vice president of Software AG for the company’s operations in Asia-Pacific, Japan, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, ARN reported Thursday.

Brian Karlovsky writes that the appointment of Keys, based in Sydney, is one in a series of executive appointments intended to address the growth of big data and analytics in the APAC region.

“Big data and analytics can help a company outpace competitors, react to external events and even predict future actions, ” Keys said, according to the report.

Software AG attributes its growth in the region to performance in the banking, telecommunications and utilities industries, Karlovsky reports.
