He holds more than two decades of experience in utility policy and program development, multisector resource planning and energy conservation services, ICF said Monday.
Mike Mernick, an ICF senior vice president, said Rodrigues will work to help identify new markets for the company’s portfolio of demand-side management services.
He is an advisor for the State & Local Energy Efficiency Action Network and serves on the boards of the Consortium for Energy Efficiency, American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy and China-U.S. Energy Efficiency Alliance.
Rodrigues earned a juris doctorate degree from the University of California and holds an undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University.
