Rockwell Collins Declares 30 Cent Dividend

Rockwells Collins logo_GovConWireRockwell Collins‘ (NYSE: COL) board of directors has declared a 30-cent per share dividend on its common stock, the company said Thursday.

The dividend is payable March 4 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 11.

Holders of nearly 79 percent of shares at Inmarsat approved Friday a $3.4B takeover offer from a consortium of private equity firms and two Canada-based pension funds, Reuters reported Friday.
