USIS Wins Potential $888M DHS Management Support Contract

U.S. Investigations Services has won a potential $888.7 million contract to provide professional support services to the Department of Homeland Security, the Washington Post reports.

The Falls Church, Va.-based Altegrity company will also provide DHS with management and administrative support services, according to the Post.

In October, USIS announced it won a prime position on an estimated $2.45 billion contract from the Office of Personnel Management to provide fieldwork for federal background investigations.

Work over the five-year period will occur in all 50 states and U.S. territories.

USIS also holds a separate $288 million contract with OPM, announced in June, to maintain case files and provide pre-reviews of case files.

The company will also prepare case files, data entry, microfilm and imaging services.
