Louis Montgomery Jr. has joined executive search firm Preston Refett as managing director for the commercial and public sector, the company announced Monday.
He will be based in the company’s Washington office, one of 10 around the country.
The company said he will bring expertise in acquiring and managing talent, aligning organizations, strategic acquisitions, compensation, diversity and labor relations.
The 30-year industry veteran previously served as senior vice president for human resources at Serco Inc, which provides professional, technology, and management services to the federal government.
He has also held senior HR positions at AES Corp., Philip Morris USA, Kraft Foods and Frito-Lay.
