CSSI Appoints Capgemini Vet Christopher Giusti CFO

CSSI Inc. has appointed Christopher Giusti chief financial officer, the company announced Thursday.

The 20-year industry veteran will oversee the company’s financial structure and develop the company’s overall growth strategy.

He will also direct the company’s accounting, contracts and finance departments.

President and CEO Cynthia Castillo said the company appointed Giusti for his knowledge of finance and guidance as the company enters new markets.

The company said his experience includes establishing business processes and project and team management.

Giusti previously served as CFO, chief operating officer, vice president and corporate officer for Capgemini’s government solutions division, where he oversaw contracts, human resources and security.

His areas of responsibility at the technology and consulting firm also included information technology and facilities.
