The SI Org. Adds Defense, Intel Comm Provider

The SI Organization Inc. has agreed to acquire strategic communication services provider PhaseOne Communications Inc, the SI announced Tuesday.

The SI did not disclose terms of the transaction.

The SI will integrate Los Angeles-based PhaseOne into the SI’s system acquisition and intelligence operations.

PhaseOne has offices in McLean, Va. and provides communication services to the Defense Department and intelligence community.

Castellum Capital Advisors advised PhaseOne on the transaction.
