Alion Wins $73M NAVSEA Engineering Contract

The U.S. Navy has awarded Alion Science and Technology a $73.2 million contract to provide engineering and technical support services for the Navy’s surface ships, Alion announced Tuesday.

Alion said it will provide services for the Navy and the Naval Sea Systems Command, including:

  • program management
  • logistics and training
  • financial management

Alion will also manage logistical support for the naval ship overhauls in shipyards around the globe. The period of performance runs through Dec. 6.
