ManTech Wins $91M to Provide R&D, Engineering for Navy Communications; Terry Ryan Comments

The U.S. Navy has awarded ManTech International Corp. (NASDAQ: MANT) a $91 million task order to provide communications technology and engineering services, ManTech announced Monday.

The order has one base year and four option years and was awarded under the Navy’s SeaPort-e contract vehicle.

ManTech said it will support Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division‘s mobile communications systems with:

  • research, development and design
  • integration and implementation services.

The work will also support mission functions of NAVAIR’s special communications requirements division.

Terry Ryan, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s systems engineering and advanced technology group, said the company’s engineers and technicians work with U.S. customers in continuity of operations and systems integration.
