TWD Wins $121M SeaPort-e Order for IT, Virtualization; Larry Besterman Comments

TWD has won a $121 million SeaPort-e task order with the Naval Sea Systems Command. The firm will provide enterprise IT services and support and will work directly with the Command Information Office.

The company will support NAVSEA with Microsoft SharePoint development and administration, network architecture and design, systems management and virtualization, applications lifecycle management and IT solutions engineering, among other services.

“This win is the largest unrestricted task order in TWD’s history and represents a big step forward in the company’s development, ” said Larry Besterman, president and CEO of TWD. “We are pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with the Department of Defense.”
